We ground in gratitude.

We come to see with new eyes.

No two Spiral Practice sessions are ever the same.
At times sombre, silly, mundane, and mystical, practising the Work That Reconnects is always different, because WE are always different.
While we may sometimes choose a theme in advance, we always respond to the needs and desires of those who have gathered.
Our offering weaves together coaching, connection with nature, mindfulness, creative expression, somatic practice, and small group exchanges - always in new ways.
We turn inward together, fire up our moral imaginations, and move through places of overwhelm and deeper into inspired action.
We cheer one other on so we can each show up more bravely for ourselves, each other, and our world in this time of multiple complex & interconnected social & environmental crises.
If you live on Earth in these times, this practice can be a lovely support for you!
